Oile is situated in Chatan at just a stone throw away from Araha beach. The location is perfect that it allows you to get a quick swim and walk back to the hotel freely at any time. Not to mention that the jogging route of Araha beach is right in front of the hotel which makes morning work outs almost “bearable”. Personally, what I appreciated the most was the fact that the hotel is abundantly surrounded with restaurants in the area including a close proximity to the Chatan’s Aeon mall and Depot Island. You could literally stay in Oile and eat out every meal at surrounding restaurants for a whole month and not have to eat at the same place twice.

The rooms at Oile are cleverly designed as each room is sort of lined next to one another allowing every room to have a spectacular view of the ocean. The room I stayed in was tatami themed with a modern contemporary mix which means that the bed was chicly on the tatami floor but with thick down pillows and high thread count sheets. Wowsers! As soon as I laid down on the bed, my staycation almost turned into a forevercation. I swear my back pains just melted away. I’m not saying that their beds have magical powers but who knows, if you stay a week, you might just regrow a limb!

As for the best part – the rooftop pool, it is the very definition of high-class tranquil living. With a 360 view of the city on one side and the ocean on the other, Oile’s rooftop pool offers the perfect place to get some sunrays while cooling off in the waters at some relative privacy. What could possibly make this even more awesome? How about some pool side drinks as well? Oile offers a drink selection which they will bring to you pool side as you chillax like the baller that you are. Now that is what I call living it up!

Honestly, it doesn’t matter who you are, I know you deserve this. We all do. Oile by DSH Resorts is the perfect place that offers just the right getaway without hurting the bank. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to stay there again!
